Here is how:
- Register for free
- If you have received an invitation to join a team, head to the My Invitations page to join
- Go to My Personal Settings to enter in your maximum and minimum glucose levels. The system uses this to determine good values when you enter your readings. You only need to do this once unless your doctor changes your range.
- Enter readings on the My Readings page.
- Optionally create a team and invite friends from the My Teams page.
- See your team rank on the Leaderboard on the home page.
Questions? No problem. Head over the the Forum page and post your message. Someone should be able to answer your question pretty quickly.
Keep it honest!
This competition is meant to be fun. At this point there is nothing to win but good health and a longer life. Your readings should be an honest indicator of the management of your disease. While cheating on your numbers may help your team and even fool your doctor (unless he/she looks at your meter) you will eventually get busted (think A1C) and you will only be hurting yourself and the ones you love.

This is a support site. It is not the Superbowl, the World Series or (my favorite) the Stanley Cup Finals. If a teammate's numbers are not as good as expected and the team begins to drop in the rankings, be a friend and be helpful and caring.
